This session is designed as a facilitated conversation. For implementation of a plan to be successful, critical elements of program culture and practices need to be nurtured. This session will outline foundational classroom practices, consider how program coaches foster reflection and bridges to consultation, and explore how administrators can invest in policies, procedures, and practices necessary to support the process. Opportunities and resources to support programs will be highlighted. GUI, PRO, PRE, ADM 3 hours (continued in session 2)
